“…from a team with a background in the insurance sector with proven efficient delivery of solutions”
Our primary focus is on decentralised solutions for commercial and specialty (re)insurance to which each of the core team brings Subject Matter Expertise in individual areas. Having worked within the insurance markets we understand the needs of insurance companies and how their processes work. All of our team has experience in the commercial and specialty (re) insurance sector and we also have wider experience in the general insurance and life and pensions sectors. A number of us also have experience in the wider financial services (retail and investment banking) and other commercial sectors.
This means that when we engage on a project with clients, we already understand how the sector operates and a good deal about the underlying business processes within our clients. We know where many of the operating problems exist and what causes them. We know where there are opportunities to improve and, specifically, where we believe our Blockchain solutions can make a significant impact. Therefore, when we run the initial workshops for scope and design we are able to make rapid progress and our clients are not faced with the task of ‘educating another bunch of consultants’ in what they do. In contrast our workshops quickly get into critical questions of understanding specific problem areas, constructive prioritization of scope and surfacing new ideas about how our clients can and want to change the way they operate.
